Say Hello to the New Manja Wallet Experience!

We’ve listened to your feedback, and we’re excited to introduce the refreshed Manja Wallet — a simpler and more convenient way to manage your payments in LUGO.

Previously known as “Manja Top Up” mini app is now “Manja Wallet” as part of this revamp.

We understand that managing your wallet should be easy. That’s why we’ve made improvements to help you better understand your payment options, manage your cards, and enjoy a smoother wallet experience.

What’s New in Manja Wallet?

1. A clearer way to manage your payment options

We know that choosing between different payment methods can sometimes be confusing.

With the new Manja Wallet, your payment options are now displayed more clearly, making it easier for you to understand and manage your:

  • ManjaLink Card
  • Bank Card
  • ManjaPay

 

You can now easily identify which payment method you are using and understand where each payment option can be used.

2. A smoother top-up experience

Have you ever topped up your ManjaLink Card but wondered why your balance has not updated?

We’ve improved the top-up experience by adding clearer reminders to guide you on what to do after a successful top-up, including tapping your card at the required terminal or reader to update your balance.

No more guessing. We’ll help guide you along the way.

3. Find service locations more easily

Need to update your card balance or visit a service location?

Manja Wallet now makes it easier for you to find available terminals and service counters in one place, so you can get the support you need more conveniently.

4. Manage your card with ease

Managing your card is now simpler.

Important card functions are grouped under the Manage section, allowing you to easily access options such as:

  • Reorder card
  • Rename card
  • Report incorrect bus fare
  • Remove card from account
  • Terminate card

 

Everything you need is now easier to find in one place.

5. Easier fare dispute submission

We know reporting an incorrect fare should not be complicated.

The new Manja Wallet makes it easier for you to access the dispute function when you need to report an incorrect fare, giving you a smoother experience when managing your transactions.

6. More Language Options

We’ve also added more language options, including Bahasa Malaysia and Chinese, so more users can enjoy a better experience.

For Existing Manja Wallet Users

Already have an existing account?

Don’t worry — you do not need to create a new account.

Once the update is available, you only need to sign in again using your existing account details to continue using Manja Wallet.

For New User,
If you’re new to Manja Wallet, simply create your account and follow the onboarding steps to set up your preferred payment method.
